About both organizations:
IOM: Creates change in the field of migration, helping to provide both security and basic necessities to those who are displaced and immigrants.
NAUSS: An Arab university that specializes in the field of security by providing quality education to rising Arab leaders. They have also worked with known international organizations such as the United Nations.
